Delivery & Returns

We have listened to our customers and all products on our website are now shipped to delivery destinations within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. This gives peace of mind and additional options, notifications etc. However, choice is always a good thing so we still offer a Free Standard Royal Mail 48 service along with other speedier delivery options. Just select at the checkout which postage option you would like.
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 days.
 

We maintain a record of posting for all orders. An email will be sent to the email address you provided with your order, once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived after 7 days please contact us to request the tracking information. 

Regretfully there is the odd occasion when packages go missing so if after 15 working days your order has still not been received. It will be classed as missing and reported to Royal Mail Security for them to investigate. 

Its at this stage when we will issue you a replacement or offer you a refund.
